ALE, operating under the brand Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, a leading provider of enterprise networking and communication solutions and services, recently hosted their annual Partner Event at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Sandton, a long-time customer using ALE converged solution.
Approximately 70 partners attended from across English-speaking Africa such as South Africa, Zambia and Swaziland. Attendees included sales and pre-sales professionals from direct partners, second tier resellers, value-added distributors and were informed about ALE’s exciting plans for growth and development.
The transformation to an independent company will begin with ALE shifting to the new offices in Midrand. The event was an opportune platform to engage with partners by demonstrating recent developments in ALE products and solutions, apart from sharing roadmaps and sales tips.
Commenting on the event, Ravin Naidu, Regional Director for ALE, Sub Saharan Emerging Africa: “Our partners are significant in outlining the future of ALE and building strong relationships with them is our key objective. Our new offices will feature a demonstration centre whereby partners can connect live to showcase the solutions to customers. We are grateful for the support from our partners and distributors and are happy with the positive feedback that we gained from the event.”
