Catalyst, the award-winning manufacturer of the world’s most protective and stylish cases and accessories for smartphones and electronic devices, introduces the Impact Protection phone case for the new lineup of Samsung Galaxy S10e, S10 and S10 Plus Following the Galaxy UNPACKED event, the new cases extend the offering of Catalyst impact protection cases for the Samsung brand, adding to the 2018 release of Galaxy S9, S9 Plus and Note 9 cases.

The introduction of the S10 case series comes just weeks after the Catalyst Impact Protection case was put through a rigorous public trial by CNET live from CES in Las Vegas.  The casesurvived a 20ft drop, face down on a cracked tile floor, followed by a two-pound steel ball bearing being dropped on the case attempting break the phone. Of the 10 participating smartphone cases, Catalyst was the slimmest case and the only one without a screen protector that survived the ball bearing test.

“The Catalyst Impact Protection case exceeded our drop protection by double its rating and has proven to be the toughest minimalist case on the market. At the same time, this ultra-slim, ultra-light case is deceptively rugged while also being stylishly designed, said Catalyst CEO June Lai. “We’re extremely proud of the design and excited to launch cases for  this year’s latest line of Samsung Android devices.”

Featuring a signature shock-absorbing impact truss system, the Impact Protection Case for Samsung Galaxy S10e, S10 and S10 Plus is designed to meet or exceed military standards for up to 3m (9.9ft). These cases are designed with a grippy microtextured, non-slip rubber bumper made from a proprietary impact rubber polymer featuring tactical direct connect buttons, and has a clear back to show off the phone. Compatible with wireless charging, the case is ultra-light, slim, and features an exposed face for direct touchscreen access. A raised top and bottom bezel protects the edge-to-edge display, selfie camera, sensors, and other important touchscreen features while the case remains simple to install and remove. The exposed screen allows for direct touchscreen access and the open ports give unobstructed access to the headphone and charging ports. The rear camera is sealed and protected to keep out dust and debris and the ergonomically designed rubber seal provides easy and smooth access to the fingerprint scanner.
