Canon South Africa has introduced another channel to encourage and drive interaction with customers. Buoyed by research that shows LinkedIn to be the best engagement and lead generator platform, the company has launched a dedicated Canon South Africa B2B profile.

Customers and businesses can now easily and conveniently keep pace with Canon’s news, products and events via LinkedIn. “Canon has always prioritized on-going and interactive communication with its customers. Social media platforms such as LinkedIn offer us a direct line of communication with people and businesses who want to stay tuned to us. We want to be the source for the latest business and technology insights and news about all things print; helping businesses to become exceptional in an ever-changing world.”

“Importantly, we want to use this platform to get feedback from the business to business market on their interests, challenges they are facing and trends they are seeing,” says James de Waal, Head of Marketing, Professional Print Group Canon SA.

Canon SA will post daily, with a focus on news, events and products. Followers  will also be able to access information on the Canon Consultancy and Service. Visitor queries, leads, comments and feedback  will be channeled to the relevant experts for response.
