The berofix product series, available from ICTGlobe, is a powerful and flexible hardware solution to connect ISDN (BRI, PRI), analogue (FXO/FXS) and GSM lines to any SIP based VoIP system. berofix is not a classical media gateway nor a standard PCI/PCIexpress card where you have to install any drivers, therefore it’s called a “Gateway card”.

Due to the special design of the hardware berofix will be detected as a standard Realtek-Network card by the operating system. Usually the driver for this network card will be loaded automatically by the OS. The only thing you have to do is to set up the IP-address before you can access the web interface which is very easy to use.

Berofix is OS independent and can be used for Linux/Unix Windows and MAC OS. The BF4S0 is used for small enterprises that need up to 4 concurrent calls. This hybrid module combines BRI and Analog Ports on one Module to reduce overall costs. It can be used to connect a Softpbx to the PSTN Network as well as a traditional PSTN based PBX. Analog Phones, Faxes and Modems can be connected directly. It is fully compatible and combinable with all beroFix Modules and cards.
