After making its first appearance earlier this year at the GSMA Mobile World Congress 2008 in Barcelona, Spain, LG Electronics recently launched the LG KF510 in South Africa.

The KF510 comes out with a 3 megapixel camera with  built-in powerflash and one second response time, as well as an advanced MP3 player that can automatically sort music into play lists or categories.

The KF510 utilises a long lasting battery that saves power capacity through Auto Luminance Control (ALC). ALC self adjusts to the brightness of the LED screen and the lighting of the surroundings.

The KF510 sports a touchpad with LED lights that respond to a touch of a fingertip. This lets you navigate and scroll through the multifunction menu of the phone. LG put a lot of emphasis on the design. The phone is flashy, trendy and stylish, and a highly functional slider.

PROS
It has a long life battery and the LED keypad is brilliant.
CONS
No 3G, poor file management and the touch sensitive keys are too sensitive.
