Local business solutions provider One Channel has scooped several accolades at the Sage Summit 2015, the premier customer and partner event for Sage.
Data Support Software won Dealer of the Year for KwaZulu Natal whilst Lorge scooped several awards including Sage ERP Africa Premium Dealer, Sage CRM Dealer of the Year, Sage Intelligence Dealer of the Year and Pacific Technologies South African Dealer of the Year.
Furthermore, e-Novate won Dealer of the Year for the Western Cape and Devote landed the coveted Best Achiever award.
One Channel CEO Bernard Ford is thrilled by these awards. “Lorge has excelled in all areas, walking away with a whole bag of awards. Our other partners also performed exceptionally well, these included Data Support Software, e-Novate and Devote.”
Data Support Software CEO Ivor Bundock says he is extremely proud to receive this award. “One Channel is fast establishing itself as Africa’s foremost ERP service provider since introducing a new business software and ERP service delivery model. The company assembles resources on a project requirement basis and offers our customers the best ERP technology and skills available today.”
Lorge COO Jurgens Snyman was overwhelmed by the recognition given by Sage. “We are ecstatic about these awards, it is recognition for our efforts.”
“By partnering with local firms and working closely with them in formulating solutions for their customers, we are able to deliver what single reseller organisation’s can’t. Our offering also involves Independent Software Vendors and the best specialist resources available in the market today,” says Ford.
Clive Kangisser, One Channel director: Business Development says One Channel showed major penetration into Eastern Cape and Kwa-Zulu Natal whilst also expanding into other areas such as Botswana and Zambia. Adding to its success, it also appointed seven new partners including Lorge Consulting (Gauteng), One Channel Botswana, Devote (KZN), Data Support Software (KZN), e-Novate (Westerrn Cape), MyMethod Consulting (Gauteng) and ICT Zambia.
Ford echoes Sage’s vision and sees the growth potential for 2015 in cloud computing, mobility and business process automation and integration. His predictions for 2015 include a rapid increase in the use of smart mobile devices rather than desktop and laptops as interfaces to business processes as well as the mass adoption of cloud-based ERP and CRM systems by mid-sized organisations.
