For those looking for powerful performance but also to manage cost, the Dell Precision 3591 entry-level workstation is now available from the official Dell Technologies distributor, DCC Technologies.
As a Dell workstation, this machine contains top notch specifications, ideal for design and creative applications. It is a powerful laptop that can push the limits when you want, as far as you want.
To start, the Dell Precision 3591 offers the latest Intel Core Ultra processors (up to Intel Core Ultra 9 185H vPro Enterprise), which includes a neural processing unit (NPU). The NPU adds an AI acceleration engine that manages dedicated AI tasks, freeing up the CPU and GPU. For example, the NPU can help run all-new AI-powered video conferencing, which features background blur, face framing and eye contact correction capabilities.
But while the NPU comes as an important extra, it is the Precision 3591’s GPU that does the real heavy lifting. With (up to) NVIDIA’s RTX 2000 Ada Generation inside, it makes the Dell workstation especially appealing to those dealing with intense workflows, including rendering, visualisation and, of course, design. Added to this setup is memory of up to 64GB of DDR5 RAM and storage options of up to a 2TB SSD, to keep performance levels where they need to be. It adds to the overall general appeal of this workstation, being one where getting the job done is of primary importance.
Those who use the Dell Precision 3591 without a secondary display will find the 15.6-inch Full HD (1920x1080) IPS display of the Precision 3591 highly practical, complete with a 60Hz refresh rate, 400 nits brightness, Low Blue Light and Anti-Glare.
Added to this are numerous ports, including 2x Thunderbolt 4 (Type C) ports, and for clearer online meetings, (up to) a FHD HDR IR camera with AI-based proximity sensors and an intelligent noise cancelling microphone to cut out noise from wherever you are working.
And this machine can go anywhere, since there is optional 5G support for connectivity on the go, plus (up to) a 97Whr battery to power you throughout the day.
“When it comes to workstations, it is hard to beat the power and dependability of Dell’s laptops,” says George Lodewick, Dell Desktop & Notebook Specialist at DCC Technologies: “The Dell Precision 3591 is such a good example of this, especially if you consider that it is an entry-level workstation. Its robust performance and decent price are further enhanced by new AI capabilities, which all combine to offer productivity to power you through a working day,” Lodewick concludes.
