The Adidas Supernova Rise 3 returns in a new Glow Blue colorway, expanding the comfort-tuned Supernova franchise.

Recognised for promoting good foot health, the Supernova Rise 3 has received the APMA Seal of Acceptance. 

Built to provide even more comfort than its award-winning predecessor, the Supernova Rise 3, which first launched in December 2025, features:

• PRIMEWEAVE UPPER – A new engineered woven upper that molds to the foot for a secure and comfortable fit.

• LIGHTTRAXION OUTSOLE – Features innovative rod-like sculpting inspired by the foot’s anatomy for smoother transitions and long-lasting grip.

• FULL-LENGTH DREAMSTRIKE+ MIDSOLE – A midsole foam updated formula, 5% lighter foam, 20% softer, and 16% more foam for comfort and support.

The Supernova Rise 3 also features women’s specific elements that include including a last developed to better fit women's biomechanical needs in their average foot shape, a central landing platform, improved heel bevel built on women's specific insights and their landing angle, and a sock liner with thicker foam under the arch for added support.

The Supernova Rise 3 retails R2 999 in stores, online and via the app starting 5 March 2025
