Google has announced the release of the latest stable version of its popular Chrome web browser. Chrome 15 incorporates a redesigned tab page that the company says will make it  easier to organise your most searched pages and Chrome Web Store apps within different sections on the page. Users are also able to add more apps to their new tab page by simply clicking on the Chrome Web Store icon. The new look Web Store features apps and extensions that are now presented as a wall of images that’s updated every time you visit this store.

This will enable users to quickly locate and add the most interesting ones to your browser. Additionally, the installation process has also become simpler, as users can simply hover over an image on the grid and then click on the “Add to Chrome” button.

If you require additional info about an app, extension or theme before giving it a go, then just click on it and you’ll see a neatly laid out panel featuring screenshots, videos and other relevant information about it pop up.

Chrome users can simply click on the wrench icon on their browser and select About Google Chrome to initiate the update to Chrome 15, whilst new users can download the browser from Google’s website.
