AMD has released its latest Catalyst drivers for ATI graphics cards.

Catalyst 10.7 boasts some new features including the fact that it allows your supported ATI GPU to accelerate h.264 video content when you are using the VLC 1.1.1 media player and the pull-down detection algorithm has been improved to enable higher visual quality on certain types of video content for the ATI Radeon HD 5000 Series.

In terms of gaming, there are also some minor improvements in gaming performance of between 3 and 5% when playing Borderlands, when you employ an ATI Radeon HD 5800 and ATI Radeon HD GPU. For a full list of features and capabilities check out ATI’s website.

You can download the Catalyst 10.7 driver suite for Windows 7 (64 bit), Windows 7 (32 bit) and Windows XP.
