Video game publishers Atari have set Test Drive Unlimited 2’s release date for February 2011.

The game was due to be released in September of this year but developers, Eden, decided to hold it back to polish the game and completely sort out the bugs.

Test Drive Unlimited will, like its predecessor, employ a open world racing system. Some of the great cars that will be available in the game include the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Supersport, Aston Martin V12 Vantage Carbon Black and Spyker C8 Aileron Spyder.

People who pre-order the game will get the Casino feature. This is downloadable content which will take players to the island of Ibiza where they can level up their characters, earn some in-game currency and win some unique prizes like the R8 Spyder 5.2 FSI Quattro.

Test Drive Unlimited 2 will be available on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC and will sell for £50 on its release in Europe so we can expect to pay the standard R650.
