 Vodacom Business has announced its 8192 kbps and 10240 kbps Business DSL offering, following its initial Business ADSL launch in June. This is a premier DSL service catering to the specific needs of businesses in South Africa and provides companies, from SoHos and SMMEs to large corporations. According to Vodacom this internet connection delivers greater choice, faster speeds, increased cost efficiencies and an excellent user experience. 

Priced at R4 199 per month (ex VAT) for the 8192 kbps and R6 199 per month (ex VAT) for the 10240 kbps service. The prices include a Billion 7404 VGOX router, enabled for 3G failover, VOIP and Wi-Fi.
 
Another unique aspect of the offer is that Vodacom Business will order the fixed ADSL line for customers of this service, at no additional administration or management fee. Customers will, of course have to settle the installation and monthly rental costs with the supplier.

“We see this as a strategic move for business owners as this router is specifically designed to enable many of the future product offerings we are planning, and so in demand by organizations of all sizes,” says Gary Hart, executive head: Network Services at Vodacom Business. “Also, as businesses move to cloud computing we expect to see increased demand for faster and more reliable connectivity.”
