The latest offering from LG feels like every other new Android flagship on the market, and as such cannot distinguish itself from the competition.
PROS
Lightweight design; Powerful processor; Clean UI; Well priced
CONS
No standout feature
VERDICT
The only thing truly missing from this phone is the standout or special feature. The Galaxy S9 has a great all-round performance, the P20 Pro has a superb trio of rear cameras, and the Xperia XZ2 is outstanding value for money, but I struggle to note what makes the G7 ThinQ unique.
