We're still more than two months away from one of the most hotly anticipated games of the year making its cross-platform debut. Yes, Assassin's Creed Origins is shaping up quite nicely, and publisher Ubisoft has released a new cinematic trailer confirming our belief. 

To that end, the CGI on offer looks great, and while not a true reflection of what the in-game action will be like, it certainly sets the tone for what should a title with great visuals. As such, if you own a PS4 Pro, or getting your hands on an Xbox One X, this is one game that should make the most of each console's processing power and 4K visuals. 

Shifting back to the cinematic trailer, it sees our hero Bayek taking out a heavily guarded enemy target. If the video is anything to go by, then the bow and arrow will play a vital role in how effective an assassin you'll be.
