Titanfall is a bittersweet game for us. The hype surrounding the Respawn and EA title was palpable, but that frenzied anticipation was quickly replaced with abject disappointment when we found out it would not land in South Africa due to latency concerns for the online multiplayer mode. At TechSmart we remain optimistic though, and the news of a sequel, Titanfall 2 has us excited.

To mark the occasion, EA debuted a teaser trailer, which is as cryptic and mysterious as they come. While we cannot glean much information from the 30 seconds of video footage, more details will be incoming on 12 June, when the game makes its worldwide debut.

If that date sounds important, it is because E3 2016 gets started two days thereafter (14-16 June) in Los Angeles, California. No doubt, EA and Respawn will reveal even more info about the game then, which is set to release on Xbox One, PS4 and Windows PC. Until then, give the teaser trailer below a view.
