Destiny Expansion II: House of Wolves DLC coming
By Staff Writer 17 April 2015 | Categories: newsIf your current Destiny gameplay is getting a bit long in the tooth, you have about another month to go till some fresh DLC action arrives. Come 19 May, House of Wolves will be released by Bungie, with a trailer below to create the appropriate hype.
For those expecting a Raid activity, better brace yourself for some bad news, since Bungie confirmed that the new expansion will not include this.
The blog post noted the decision was not taken lightly, with a new Raid promised for later this year. They did state that House of Wolves will include a new battle activity called The Prison of Elders, a cooperative end game feature “focused on variety, replayability, and skill”.
Apart from introducing new weapons, armour and story missions, Destinypedia also reports on three new Crucible maps, a new Crucible elimination gametype, and a new Strike. Gamers can also look forward to a new maximum weapons attack power (365), and an introduction to the Trials of Osiris.
Set for 19 May, the DLC is available for the PS3, PS4, Xbox One and Xbox 360. Hit the trailer below to see why the Queen opens up The Reef for The Guardians.
