The onslaught of new IP continues, with another new game announced for the PS4. This one is called Fallen Legion and apparently will blend role playing elements with that found in fighting games according to its developer YummyYummyTummy (we dare you to forget their name in a hurry).

The game certainly sounds like it has some whimsical elements, such as a talking grimoire that can turn weapons into soldiers. Set in a kingdom called Fenumia, the story elements also sound promising, as you play a princess who picks up the mantle of rulership from a fallen king, and have to choose which factions you side with as you try hold your homeland together.

At the moment details are a bit sparse, other than the fact that the game is expected to arrive this time next year. There is a bit of footage from an early development version of the game, which you can see below.
