Google updates Keep app to auto-create topics for notes
By Robin-Leigh Chetty 30 June 2016 | Categories: newsAre you a Google Keep user? There's a few changes arriving for the note keeping app that might interest you. Google has introduced a new feature that allows topics for notes to be automatically generated, as well as far easier to search for in-app.
While the exact details were not disclosed via the Tweet that Google sent out to announce the change, we're assuming that it works by scanning your note for specific terms. If for example, you're putting together a shopping list, things like bread and milk should be searchable on Google Keep from now on.
As such, for users that have plenty of thoughts to jot down, but not the required discipline to organise them properly, this update should be handy. Google says the update is currently available for iOS, Android and desktop versions of the app.
