Hot New Trailers: The Jungle Book

For the sheer joy of it, nothing can quite beat Disney’s 1967 classic, The Jungle Book. An animated reboot would have been commercial suicide, so Disney is bringing to life something a little bit different – a live action one. Before seeing the first teaser trailer we were a bit sceptical, but click play below and you’ll soon see why there is quite a buzz around the release.

There is a splendid cast offering their voices to the story, including Idris Elba, Scarlett Johansson and Ben Kingsley, with two in particular that’s got us excited. Bill Murray plays the loveable bear Baloo, and Christopher Walken features as King Louise, groovy ruler of the apes. The cute as a button Neel Sethi takes care of Mowgli, and from the looks of it he’s doing a splendid job.

The Jungle Book is helmed by Jon Favreau, who directed and acted in Iron Man 1+2, and is set for release on the 15^th of April 2016 in the States. Hit play below to brighten up your day.
