Perhaps a poor man's Mortal Kombat X, Killer Instinct is an Xbox One exclusive title that sees a number of insanely styled fighters battle to the death. With the original released back in 2013, the new 2015 edition amps up the action somewhat, and has been periodically adding new characters to its roster to reinvigorate gamer interest.

Joining the team is Japanese ghost Hisako (think of her as fast moving version of the one in The Grudge) and accompanying her arrival is a trailer, which you can check out below. We've also thrown in the original launch trailer for Killer Instinct in case it missed your gaming radar.

Hisako will be available to gamers who have purchased the Season 2 Ultra Edition of Killer Instinct, which debuts today (27 March). Also teased at the end of Hisako's trailer is another upcoming character, so remember to wait till the end.
