Image Comics is arguably one of the top publishers of some of the best titles in the comic book industry these days. The Humble Comics Bundle Image Expo 2018 will give you a taste of what they offer, and we recommended that if you can make use of the rand’s rather strong value, go all in.
You can test the waters for a mere $1 which gives you access to John Layman’s excellent Chew Vol. 1, which we can’t believe hasn’t been made into a TV series yet. Shutter Vol. 1 is also on offer, and a whole range of single issues to whet your appetite.
You can also settle on $10 and get access to East of West Vol. 1, Rat Queens Vol. 1 and Curse Words Vol. 1. Our favourite amongst this lot might just be Skottie Young’s awesome I Hate Fairyland Vol. 1, a series that just begs to be turned into a full-length movie.
$15 gets you Saga: Book One contain 1-18 of the epic title, Jason Aaron’s disturbing Southern Bastards Vol. 1. and Robert Kirkman’s horror title Outcast amongst others.
Still interested? Put down $20 and you would have scored $657 worth of titles, bagging you Spawn Origins Vol. 1-4 (anyone up for a movie remake for him?), Manhattan Projects Vol. 1-3 and Big Hard Sex Criminals: Book One.
Whatever your choice, you will definitely not go wrong, with your bucks supporting the Human Rights Campaign Foundation and The Humane Society of the United States.
