Mercedes-Benz AMG took to Instagram recently to release a teaser video for an upcoming vehicle. While the dimly lit video does not fully show the car in profile, it looks very similar to the AMG GT it unveiled in September 2014. The key difference, however, is that this version has dropped the top and gone for a roadster convertible look.  

The car will reportedly be christened the Mercedes-AMG GT C Roadster, other details, although unconfirmed, could see a 340 kW twin-turbocharged V8 under the bonnet, with a fabric roof pulling duty on the convertible front. It is also expected to make its debut at the Paris Motor Show, which kicks off on 1 October.
