After the successful sell out of the first allocation of stock for launch, Microsoft has confirmed additional stock will be made available for launch on 10 November 2020.

Retailers will be launching the second wave of pre-orders on 19 October until stock last, with Microsoft confirming b
oth Series X (at a recommended R11 999) and Series S (at recommended R6 999) will be available. 


Ian Hepplewhite, CEO of Xbox distributor Prima Interactive says, “Microsoft has prioritised South Africa, and providing additional stock is confirmation of their commitment to our market. Worldwide pre-orders have sold out thus we recommend that customers register their interest on retailers “Wish list” before 19 October. We are on track to deliver the stock on time for launch on 10 November.”
