New Red Dead Redemption 2 trailer focuses on the end of Wild West
By Robin-Leigh Chetty 3 May 2018 | Categories: newsIf you've been carving your way through God of War and are in need of a new challenge, it's going to be a long wait. This is because the next big video game release for the year is only happening in October, with Rockstar's Red Dead Redemption 2 (RDR 2) slated for arrival then.
The highly anticipated title has been mired by release delays, so it's a good thing that the developer has released a new trailer for the game to offer some respite. This latest offering gives us a bit more insight about when the events of RDR 2 take place, with the outlaw era of the Wild West seemingly coming to an end.
As such, gamers are a part of the Van de Linde gang as they flee the law following a botched robbery attempt in the town of Blackwater. At this stage, it looks like gamers will be taking on the guise of Arthur Morgan, who much like Red Dead fan favourite John Marston, has to wrestle with loyalty to his gang and what's best for him.
Hit play on the trailer and enjoy.
