It's been two years since No Man's Sky made its debut at E3, with no release date in sight. That changed recently, however, with the PS4-exclusive (for now) slated for release on 8 September later this year and now available for pre-order (region specific). 

To ramp up anticipation even further for the game, not that it really needed it in our opinion, the developers Hello Games have released a four part series of gameplay videos on YouTube. The last in the series, titled SURVIVE, chronicles the perils that gamers will face in this space exploration title. As such, those expecting a game that's only heavy on visuals and travel, will be pleasantly surprised by the threats awaiting them in No Man's Sky.
