PlayStation 4 PS Plus games for February confirmed
By Ryan Noik 29 January 2016 | Categories: newsThe newest batch of free games headed to PlayStation Plus members have been announced, and this one really is a mixed bag in the truest sense of the word even if it does have a sci-fi bent.
On offer is a bunch of fighter, racing, adventure and puzzle titles, so there should be something here for everyone. Leading the charge, metaphorically and literally, is the strategic top-down sci-fi shooter Helldivers on the PS4, PS3 and PS Vita, where you, along with up to three friends, have to fight off three different invading species.
Similarly, across all three platforms, and the one we are most looking forward to, is Nova-111. This sci-fi themed turn-based adventure game tasks you with restoring the flow of time, combining real time battles with alien creatures and turn based ones, as you puzzle your way through the universe.
Also up for grabs is the quirky Nom Nom Galaxy on PS4 which centres around, well, soup, as you take on monolithic and evil soup corporations in search of new soup recipes while fending off rival soup seekers (we weren’t kidding when we said it was quirky!).
From there, things get a little bit more standard, with fighter Persona 4 Arena Ultimax and Grid Autosport (available on PS3), and another puzzler Lemmings Touch (PS Vita) bringing up the rear.
As always, consider yourself warned: you have until the 1st of February to pick up January’s games before they vanish.
