While Puma has been making inroads into the running scene lately, their training range is not staying behind. The PWR NITRO SQD is the latest high-intensity training shoe from TRAIN PUMA for men and women.

Puma believes the all-new training silhouette is lightweight with a dual layer of NITRO foam to support intense workouts, complete with an eye-catching design.

The sport brand notes the shoe offers 360° support for multi-directional training, with the midsole of the PWR NITRO SQD engineered with a soft inner layer of NITRO foam to provide forefoot cushioning and responsiveness, and a firm outer layer of NITRO foam to deliver targeted lateral stability for all multi-directional movements.

The Puma PWR NITRO SQD will be available from 29 August on PUMA.com and TotalSports, at a retail price of R2 699.
