If you've been anxiously awaiting the release of Red Dead Redemption 2, we've got some bad news, as developer Rockstar Games says the title will only be available on 26 October 2018. The company took to its blog to confirm the disappointing news, noting that a bit more polish is need on the game before they feel ready to unveil it to the world.

While it does mean a longer wait, given Rockstar's strong track record, the added time should be worth it. In the past, titles like Uncharted 4 from Naughty Dog suffered several postponements, but in the end were worth it.
