Spec requirements revealed as Destiny 2 PC beta set for 28 August

With a 28 to 31 August timeframe set, along with the announcement of the beta, developers Bungie also detailed the recommended and minimum PC specs that gamers will need to have.
Those that took the initiative to pre-order will get an extra day to play the beta, starting on 28 August, with gamers that did not, getting access on the 29th.
Recommended specs are as follows:

AMD Ryzen R5 1600X
GPU
Nvidia GeForce GTX 970
AMD Radeon R9 390
RAM
8 GB
Minimum specs are as follows:
CPU
Intel Core i3 (3250)
AMD FX-4350
GPU
Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 2 GB
AMD Radeon HD 7850 2 GB
RAM
6 GB
If you've got a high powered rig, as well as a 4K display to play on, Destiny 2 could support up to 144 fps gameplay during the beta, offering gamers a solid indication of just what the forthcoming game can muster.
Speaking of release dates, just like the beta, console gamers will be the first to enjoy the action, with Destiny 2 landing on PS4 and Xbox One on 6 September. PC gamers will have to wait more than a month, with the title arriving on 24 October.
