A newly announced Trine 3: The Artifacts of Power is going where its charming predecessors, Trine 1 and Trine 2, didn’t, namely into three dimensional perspective. The game once again will give players the opportunity to platform and puzzle solve their way through its levels using the skills of three characters – thief, knight and wizard – who must work together in order to succeed.

While the game is slated to arrive on PC sometime this year, more platforms for its release will apparently be announced. Considering that Trine 1 and Trine 2 found their way to almost every platform, including the PS4, PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii U, it’s a good bet that are least some of those will similarly have their own versions.

If you weren’t charmed by the idea of Trine in 3D perspective, then hit the trailer below to see if the knight can claim or the thief can steal your interest.
