Uber Eats has launched its Eats Pass, a new subscription offering users unlimited free deliveries for a fixed monthly fee. For R50 a month, users who sign up will have an unlimited number of free deliveries on orders, while still having access to the everyday app specials. To celebrate the launch, customers signing up before December 31st can waive the monthly R50 subscription price and trial Eats Pass for free for two months.

The company notes with the Eats Pass, it makes convenience accessible, while still retaining on the affordability of the app. “Deciding to introduce a subscription method into the app was the next step in the evolution of our users’ lifestyle. Eats Pass was created for customers who frequently order meals with Uber Eats, offering them the option to pay a monthly subscription fee for consistent savings,” says Dave Kitley, GM of Uber Eats South Africa.

Uber Eats notes that with a wide selection of restaurants, cuisines and price points, there is something for everyone on the app, and free delivery is at your fingertips with the new Eats Pass.
