Tom Clancy's The Division has been out for a little over six months now. In this time, developer Ubisoft has released numerous patches, as well as a major DLC. Despite its best efforts, however, several underlying issues with the game's core design have led to buggy experiences for same gamers. Ubisoft is abundantly aware of this, and in a recent blog post, has said that they will address said issues.

Dubbed update 1.4, this patch is aimed at resolving several issues, which range from refining enemy difficulty, making loot drops more recognisable, as well as balancing of gear and introductory adjustments for PvP (Player versus Player) and Dark Zone modes, according to Engadget

These issues will take time as Ubisoft notes, and the developer has stated that it wants to ensure all bugs are resolved before the second and third DLCs are released. The result is that the rollout of an impending second DLC, has been pushed back until next year. To that end, it's estimated that the Survival and Last Fall DLCs will land in 2017 and 2018 respectively.
