Uncharted 4: A Thief's End delayed once again until 10 May
By Robin-Leigh Chetty 2 March 2016 | Categories: newsUncharted 4: A Thief's End has a new release date. Or rather, developers Naughty Dog have pushed back the official debut for the game once again. This fourth installment in the Uncharted franchise was originally meant to debut at the end of 2015, but the desire to do some fine tuning and last minute polishing meant the date was pushed back to 26 April. Now Naughty Dog is adding another two weeks, with due date being 10 May..
The PlayStation blog confirmed the news, citing that along with Naughty Dog, they wanted to ensure that the game could reach a global audience on the same day. Adding, "we have chosen to postpone the launch of the game by two weeks to allow for extra manufacturing time."
They also tried to do a little damage control, stating that the game is "phenomenal," which given the early footage we've seen up until now, looks to be true. For all our sakes, we hope this highly anticipated game does not suffer yet another delay. Until then, hit play on the gameplay demo below for some Nathan Drake action.
