Gadget and home appliance lovers looking for something to do this November, can mark the 10th of November to the 13th of November on the calender, as this is when the Audio Video and Appliance Expo (AVA Expo) will be taking place at the Sandton Convention Centre.

Besides being able to see many of the latest technology products during the expo, visitors will also get to buy these, as many of the audio, visual and home appliances will be for sale at special show prices.

Now in its ninth year, AVA Expo 2011 will sport the addition of new categories as well as the usual array of exhibitions, interactive displays, workshops and special show-priced shopping opportunities. This year’s expo will have dedicated pavilions for, amongst others, specialist audio products, audio video, music equipment and instruments, appliances and photographic.

Technology buffs can look forward to testing out the latest in home theatre systems, satellite and projector systems, HD displays, as well as Blu Ray 3D players. The AVA Expo will also feature an extensive photographic area with the latest in cameras and related technology.

 

The Expo will run daily from 10:00 to 21:00 and tickets are available at Computicket or at the door from R60.
