MTN today announced the availability of the BlackBerry Curve 3G 9300 and BlackBerry Pearl 3G 9105 smartphones, bundled with unlimited Internet access priced at R60 per month on the BlackBerry Internet Services plan.
 
The BlackBerry Curve 3G 9300 smartphone is available in graphite grey on the MTN AnyTime 100 package for R219 per month (over 24 months) which includes 25 SMS per month, R100 of airtime, and unlimited email and internet browsing.
 
The BlackBerry Pearl 3G 9105 smartphone is available in either a black or red gradient on the MTN AnyTime 100 package for R249 per month (over 24 months) which includes 25 SMS, R100 of airtime, and unlimited email and internet browsing.
 
Mobile operators Cell C and Vodacom are yet to reveal at what price point they intend to make the Curve 3G and Pearl 3G available.
