Nokia fans will be excited to learn that the handset manufacturer’s highly anticipated N8 handset, which will be the first the ship with the revamped Symbian S^3 platform, may be released internationally as early as September 30th.

According to technology news website Engadget, Finnish newspaper Kauppalehti is reporting that a senior manager at Nokia has confirmed that advance orders of the device will begin shipping on the 30th of September. This seems somewhat reliable information, considering Nokia’s Finnish heritage and presence in the country.

This also comes after a report last week that Nokia had purchase Google AdWords for the N8 which is due to kick in on the 23rd of September, a week before the supposed release date.

Although nothing can be confirmed as yet, we at TechSmart are guessing that where there’s smoke there’s bound to be fire.
