To the Xbox 360 owners who had their expectations of Darksiders slashed by a screen tearing problem inside the game, you can now breathe a sigh of relief as there is a patch for this issue being made available today.

According to the official Darksiders blog you just have to "fire up the game and the download will start automatically if you are connected to Xbox Live.”  

The problem does not extent to the PlayStation 3.
