Epson has launched the new Stylus Office BX625FWD, an all-in-one (printer, scanner, copier, and fax), aimed at SME business users that require reliability, a fast printing speed as well as economical running costs.

This printer boasts very quick duplex (double-sided) printing speeds of 15 pages per minute (ppm) in black and white and seven ppm in colour, making it the world’s fastest inkjet in its category according to Epson. It also features a colour cost per page that’s up to 50% lower than its laser competitors.

The AIO boasts an automatic document feeder, making it easy to copy, fax and scan double-sided documents, with users also being able to fax, print as well as scan over Wi-Fi or Ethernet, features normally only available on more expensive enterprise devices.

The BX625FWD sports a front-loading paper tray, holding up to 250 sheets of A4 plain paper for high volume printing. Like with the Epson Stylus OFFICE T30 that we tested in September last year, printing is done utilising Epson’s DURABrite Ultra ink, which delivers fast-drying prints that are smudge and fade resistant.

Epson’s Stylus BX625FWD is now available from Mustek for a recommended retail price of R2 100.
