UK-based Exspect has come to the aid of Xbox 360 and Wii gamers, who have been confronted with the scenario of having their controller batteries die whilst being thick into the playing action. The Exspect Xbox Play and Charge Kit is fully compatible with the official Xbox 360 controller and will allow you to play and charge the controller at the same time. The kit includes a rechargeable battery and the charging cable, and is available in black to match the Elite edition of the Xbox 360 console and controllers. It's available for a recommended retail price (RRP) of R200.
 
Wii owners can use the Drop ‘N’ Charge Kit that comprises of a charging pad and one Wii remote battery and allows users to fully charge their remotes without the need to dock them. This pad holds up to two separate batteries which can be charged either simultaneously or separately. The Drop ‘N’ Charge unit is powered with a USB cable via the console or via an AC charger, both of which are provided with the kit. It comes with a RRP of R250.
