HP expanded its Total Care range of products for small and medium sized businesses today.

Their new range of products include a Virtualisation Bundle which affords smaller businesses the opportunity to deploy virtualisation solutions at reduced cost by transforming existing server disk drives into shared storage.

HP is also offering a number of new network storage systems, HP StorageWorks X1000 and X3000, which combine file and application storage. Such solutions can help reduce the cost of expanding data management capabilities to SMBs.

“In today’s economic climate, SMBs need technology solutions that take out costs while helping drive even greater competitive advantage so they can survive and thrive,” said Yesh Surjoodeen, TSG Storage BU Manager, HP South Africa. “Through our Total Care initiative, HP is helping customers achieve their business goals.
