Marvel vs Capcom 3 release date set
By Christo Myburgh 1 December 2010 | Categories: newsWhat can be more fun than throwing Captain America’s shield at Dante from Devil May Cry? Capcom’s upcoming Marvel vs Capcom 3 makes this and much more possible.
The official release date for this title has been set for 15 February 2011, with the game being released for the Xbox 360 and PS3 consoles. This is the first of the Marvel vs Capcom games that comes with a subtitle, with the title officially known as Marvel vs Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds.
A list of fighters available for choosing has been released and it looks great. On the Marvel side we have characters such as Spider Man, Doctor Doom, Deadpool and Magneto. On the Capcom side there will be the likes of Chris Redfield from Resident Evil, Trish from Devil May Cry, Morrigan from Darkstalkers and Arthur from the classic Ghost N Goblins.
Marvel vs Capcom has always been one of the most entertaining fighting titles. Offering insane fast paced fighting action and outrageous moves as you pit Marvel heroes and villians against characters from the Capcom gaming universe.
The game will be running on the MT Framework engine, which was also used in Resident Evil 5 and Lost Planet 2. Developers Capcom promises that it will deliver the best ever match-up of legendary fighters and no holds barred fighting action.
