Nashua Mobile has announced the launch of its prepaid rewards programme dubbed NMGo. Users will be able to join the NMGo community by purchasing a prepaid starter pack from any Nashua Mobile store countrywide, which will bring them into contention for a range of prizes.

Upon registering for this rewards programme users will be able to win one of five smartphones each week, up until 31 August. When users register their NMGo SIM card on the NMGo portal, they will be able to take advantage of a variety of special offers, benefits and competitions.

The company stated that NMGo members can also look forward to receiving discounts on branded items, as well as access to some of the highly sought after events.

NMGo student campus activation tour

NMGo will be targeting the student market during August 2011, as there will be a number of campus activation events happening across the country, to promote this prepaid reward program.

The first of these Campus activation kicks off on 3 August 2011 at UKZN in Westville, Durban. These activations will ensure that students are introduced to NMGo, as well as have the chance to get a Nashua Mobile SIM card and have it RICA’d on campus.

In order to qualify for the grand prize, which is a trip to any destination valued at R60 000, users must obtain an NMGo prepaid SIM card and buy airtime to the value of at least R200 before 31 August 2011. The grand prize winner will be announced on 12 September 2011.

Nashua Mobile added 8ta services to its portfolio in May, providing its customers with more choice in terms of which network operators they wish to make use of.
