Konami has announced that No More Heroes: Heroes’ Paradise will be coming to PlayStation 3 (PS3) and will also be compatible with Sony’s new PlayStation Move motion-based controller.
 
In No More Heroes: Heroes’ Paradise, gamers get to travel through the city of Santa Destroy, while playing as Travis Touchdown, in order to cut some of the world’s deadliest assassins into teeny tiny pieces using a razor sharp Beam Katana sword. Players will start off as the 11th ranked assassin and try to move up the ranks to position themselves as the ultimate killer.
 
Users will also be able to employ the PlayStation Move controller in order to perform a wide selection of motion-based assaults, katana attacks and finishing moves. Within the virtual world of Santa Destroy, players will be able to enter shops, visit a gym to train and collect special icons that will enhance their attacking abilities.
 
The games developers AQ Interactive Inc. has also added new game modes including ‘Rebout Mode’, which sees players taking on previously defeated foes and ‘Viewer Mode’ where gamers can watch the games cut scenes again.
 
No More Heroes: Heroes’ Paradise will be released in 2011 exclusively for the PS3 and in the US it will be called Travis Touchdown returns to become the world’s number one assassin.
