Seven new mobile GPUs from Nvidia

These seven new releases include the very capable GTX 470M (288 CUDA cores, 1100 MHz processor clock, 1 GB of GDDR5 RAM @ 1250 MHz) and GTX 460M (192 CUDA cores, 1350 MHz processor speed, 1 GB of GDDR5 RAM @ 1250 MHz) as well as five other performance GPUs, the GT 445M, GT 435M, GT 425M, GT 420M and GT 415M.
According to the company these cards are up to 40% faster than the 300M-range of GPUs which they are replacing and include support for DirectX 11, Nvidia’s Optimus technology (promising system optimisation for notebooks) and GeForce 3D Vision (the GT 425M and up). The company’s PhysX, CUDA, Verde drivers as well as 3DTV Play software also make part of the 400M series’ offering.
According to TechSpot, these cards will be introduced in a variety of notebooks by various manufacturers such as Dell, Lenovo, Samsung, Toshiba, Acer and Asus with immediate effect in the States.
