Ster Kinekor Entertainment today announced that they have reached an agreement for the exclusive distribution of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment (WBIE) in South Africa, effective as of 1 September 2012. The enterprise allows Ster Kinekor to add titles such as Mortal Kombat, the Batman: Arkham series and LEGO: Lord Of The Rings to its stable. 

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, Inc. (WBIE) is a division of Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Group, and is a leading worldwide publisher, developer and distributor of gaming titles for both internal and third party publishers.
 
“We are delighted to expand our successful partnerships with another exciting studio, and hope to bring more gaming entertainment to our plethora of gaming enthusiasts in South Africa,” said Ster Kinekor Entertainment CEO Mario Dos Santos. “We have enjoyed a productive relationship with all of our publishers within our territory over the years and we will continue to strive to be the distributor of choice."
 
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment will join the international publisher catalogue at Ster Kinekor Entertainment which includes Sony Computer Entertainment Enterprises, SEGA, THQ, Bethesda, Capcom, Konami, and D3Publisher.
