MSI are renowned for producing reliable machines that don’t cost an arm and a leg. Their new touch-screen desktop looks set to bolster this reputation.

The Wind Top AE1900 sports a 19\" display with touch-screen functions, utilises an Intel Atom processor (230 or 330 CPU) and supports up to 2GB of DDR2 RAM.

It is a neat desktop, with a transparent, glass-like frame and white casing. MSI have also made it an extremely energy efficient machine- it apparently consumes up to 80% less power than conventional PCs.

Other features include 4 USB ports, a 4-in-1 card reader, a 1.3-megapixel webcam, a microphone, a 250GB hard, a drive dual-layer DVD writer, Wi-Fi and gigabit Ethernet.

The desktop will set up back R6496 incl. VAT.
