Uncapped ADSL pricing comparison
By Tom Manners 16 July 2010 | Categories: newsIt wasn’t too long ago that uncapped ADSL accounts were few and far between in South Africa, not to mention prohibitively expensive.
Local Internet Service Provider burst this bubble earlier this year with the introduction of a highly affordable uncapped account which left competitors scrambling to follow suite.
Today, uncapped accounts are the norm in the South African ADSL landscape. This has set off a price war between a number of local ISPs over which can offer uncapped accounts at the most affordable rate.
With this in mind we at Techsmart have set up an uncapped ADSL pricing comparison, detailing the best offers within the 384 Kbps, 512 Kbps and 4 Mbps categories.
It is important to note that these prices do not include line rental charges, which must be paid to Telkom, and simply reflect the cost of the data.
