South Africa’s biggest consumer gaming expo kicks off today, 2 October 2009 at the Coca-Cola Dome in Northgate. The expo will run until Sunday, 4 October 2009.

The seventh annual rAge expo will feature the latest in gaming and consumer electronics gadgets, software, hardware, gaming apparel and accessories, trading cards and comics. Tickets to get into the show start from R50 per person for a day pass and R80 per person for a weekend pass.

Products of interest to be launched at the show include the PS3 Slim, Intel’s Core i7 processor, and FIFA 2010. The expo will also feature South Africa’s largest LAN with more than 1 800 gamers participating in the sold out, 53 hour NAG LAN.
