How much more sophisticated can the standard computer mouse really get?

Depending on what you use a mouse for, the answer is either, not very much or, as sophisticated as possible.

This might look like your bog-standard wireless notebook mouse, but the Microsoft Explorer Mini Mouse comes with Microsoft BlueTrack Technology. It uses blue beam laser-optics tracking synthesis.

This means that your mouse will now work on more surfaces than ever before, including granite countertops,  a wooden table or a carpet.

The Mini Mouse lets you scroll four ways for greater efficiency and comfort with tilt wheel technology. To avoid losing it, snap in the transceiver to turn off the mouse, this also saves battery life.

The Microsoft Explorer Mini Mouse is compact and reliable as battery life is expected to be 4 months or more.

Get it for R899 from Computer Corporation on 08616-08616.

PROS
BlueTrack works on just about any surface.
CONS
There is no dpi toggle button.
