They are everywhere and the competition is very stiff in the multifunction, “can do it all, and well” inkjet printer market, but how well does the X9575 stack up?

This is Lexmark’s top of the range small office multifunction and it has all the pomp and circumstance you’d expect: print resolution of up to 4800x1200 dpi, wireless printing, supports just about every type of flash memory conceivable, colour LCD screen preview etc. The X9575 comes standard with high-yield cartridges, whereas you usually get half-filled starter cartridges. Thank you Lexmark! Print speeds for the X9575 are not blisteringly fast, but not slow either, in fact it’s considerably faster than the Canon Pixma MP970 we recently reviewed. Although primarily argeted at the small office environment, the X9575 also has decent photo printing features too, so you can take it home over the weekend. Get it for R2599 from Computer Corporation on 08616-08616.

PROS
Wireless printing and included high yield cartridges.
CONS
It is not a desktop pretty machine ???lacking any really style.
